What we collect
When you request an RFQ workflow review, L-O-OL collects the company, name, role, work email, approximate RFQ volume, selected workflow goal, and any note you choose to provide.
Why we use it
We use this information to evaluate and respond to your request, conduct the workflow conversation, and understand whether RFQ/Front is relevant to your organization. We do not sell this information.
Retention and choice
We retain inquiry records while evaluating the relationship and for reasonable business recordkeeping. You may ask us to stop contacting you or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello+worthsend@l-o-ol.com. Legal or security obligations may require limited retention.
Customer files
The initial form does not request drawings, CAD, quote packets, or other customer files. Do not submit confidential technical information through the note field. File handling for a later workflow review must be agreed separately.
